This Refund Policy governs the terms and conditions under which users of RiseRummy, a skill-based rummy game operated by Everrise Entertainment Private Limited, may request a refund related to wallet transactions or game-related issues.

1. No Refund on Completed Gameplay

  • All game entries and completed games are final.
    No refunds will be provided for games that have already been played or are in progress, regardless of win/loss outcome or disconnection on user’s end.


2. Wallet Deposits

  • All deposits to the RiseRummy wallet are non-refundable once successfully processed.

  • A refund may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:

    • The amount is deducted from your bank account but not credited to your WinnzArena wallet.

    • The transaction was charged multiple times due to a gateway error.

Requirements for refund review:

  • Transaction ID(s)

  • Payment method used

  • Screenshots or bank statement proof

  • Date/time of transaction

Refunds, if validated, will be processed to the original source of payment within 7–10 business days.


3. Failed or Reversed Withdrawals

If a withdrawal fails due to incorrect UPI or bank details submitted by the user:

  • The amount will be reversed to your RiseRummy wallet.

  • Re-processing will occur only after updated and verified account details are submitted.


4. Bonus Money and Promotional Credits

  • No refunds will be granted for any bonus amounts, referral credits, or promotional rewards issued by the platform.

  • These are non-transferable, non-withdrawable, and may be revoked if misuse is detected.


5. Disconnection or Game Crashes

  • If a game is interrupted due to your device issue, internet failure, or OS crash, no refund will be provided.

  • If a game is interrupted or canceled due to a server-side technical error from WinnzArena, the company may:

    • Refund the entry fee to the user’s wallet, or

    • Re-credit the game opportunity, as deemed fit by internal audit.

Such decisions are final and non-negotiable.


6. Fraudulent or Abuse-Related Refund Requests

Any attempt to misuse the refund system—such as repeated refund requests for non-genuine reasons—will lead to:

  • Immediate suspension or permanent ban of the account

  • Forfeiture of wallet balance

  • Possible legal action, if warranted
